At Opulom London, we stand behind the quality of our futuristic lighting collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging (essential for delicate items like the Jellyfish or Moon lamps).
  • Including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our concierge team at opulom.london@gmail.com.

Note on Return Logistics: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the address of our Regional Fulfillment Center nearest to you to ensure a swift process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
