Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via the link provided in the email.

Opulom London is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, our fulfillment network is optimized to minimize these occurrences.

5. Damages

Opulom London is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at opulom.london@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
